Disgraced ‘Taxi King’ is losing his prized Ferraris

Fallen “taxi king” Gene Freidman has lost 800 medallions — but he’s managed to hang on to his Ferrari collection, until now.

Ferrari Financing Services is suing the broke businessman for refusing to hand over the keys to three vehicles after defaulting on payments this spring, according to a new Manhattan Supreme Court complaint.

Friedman bragged to Bloomberg News in 2015, “Every day that I wake up, you know, I’m like, this is great, you know, I live on Park Avenue, got a bunch of, like Ferraris that I drive.”

He bought all three luxury rides — a 2014 Ferrari F12, a 2014 Ferrari FF and a 2015 Ferrari 458 — on installment plans, the suit says.

His defaults on monthly payments began after the Taxi and Limousine Commission stripped him of nearly all his medallions, shortly before he was arrested for tax fraud.

“I don’t know anything about that,” Freidman said when asked about the Ferrari suit.
