Olsen twins’ old penthouse slashes price once again

Who will make the Olsen twins’ old apartment their very own “Full House”?

A 5,731-square-foot penthouse at 1 Morton Square in the West Village — which the twins purchased, but never lived in — is again for sale, this time for $17.99 million.

This marks another price chop, as well as a broker switch, for the four-bedroom spread, which most recently hit the market for $25 million last October before lowering to $19.99 million.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen reportedly snagged the home for $7.3 million in 2009 while the building was still under construction. But it seems like the two had a change of heart: They quickly put it back on the market and ultimately sold it for $7.7 million in 2010, property records show.

The home’s current owner is real-estate developer Ian Bruce Eichner, according to reports.

Features inside the 12-room penthouse include a 30-foot living room, a formal dining room, an eat-in kitchen and a library that can be converted into a fifth bedroom. There’s also a 1,000-bottle-capacity wine refrigerator, as well as city and Hudson River views.

One Morton Square previously caught the interest of actress Meg Ryan, who eyed a $28,000-per-month townhouse rental there last year with her daughter Daisy.

Lauren Muss, of Douglas Elliman, has the listing.
