Portuguese model Sara Sampaio, a Victoria’s Secret Angel, has paid $3.51 million for a condo at the Steiner East Village, at 438 E. 12th St. The sixth-floor, three-bedroom unit was last asking $3.6 million.

Her 1,604-square-foot home was designed by Paris Forino and features oversized casement windows, wide-plank white oak floors, a chef’s kitchen and a master suite with a spa-like bathroom. The 82-unit building is now “move-in ready” and more than 80 percent sold, according to a spokesperson.

It boasts over 16,000 square feet of amenities for the 26-year-old model, who earned the title of the Rookie of the Year for her appearance in 2014’s Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue.

It includes a pool that overlooks a garden, a spa with steam and sauna fixtures, a gym, a residents’ library with a fireplace and a children’s playroom.

There’s also a 5,000-square-foot roof terrace and a 3,000-square-foot courtyard. The listing brokers were Douglas Elliman’s Fredrik Eklund, John Gomes and Chloe E. Rosen. Sampaio was repped by Jaf Glazer of Conquest Advisors.

Sampaio is raising her profile with words, as well as photos.

In a recent interview, Sampaio said that while modeling is one of the only industries where women out-earn men, they are still exploited.

In particular, she called out French magazine Lui for using photographs from a 2017 shoot that revealed her breasts when she claimed that both sides agreed on a non-nudity agreement.

“Models are expected to show up on set, just be pretty, do our job and not say a word,” she told Net-a-Porter. “When we do open our mouths, we’re branded as difficult, opinionated, troublemakers … it’s such a disposable industry that girls feel like they can’t say anything, because there will be some other girl out there who will just do it.”
