Nina Dobrev, an alumna of “The Vampire Diaries” and the popular Canadian teen drama “Degrassi: The Next Generation,” was spotted touring a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the Lower East Side that’s priced at $1.87 million.

The young actress, dressed down in jeans, sneakers and a casual coat, was accompanied by her adorable dog, Maverick, a rescue pup who is half border collie and half Australian shepherd.

The 1,401-square-foot unit she checked out at 105 Norfolk St. has lowered its ask since it listed for $2.31 million with another brokerage in 2016. The unit comes with a modern kitchen, a master bedroom with a big walk-in closet and a bathroom with a rain shower.

Housing has extra meaning for Dobrev, who emigrated to Toronto with her family from Sofia, Bulgaria, when she was a toddler.

At the beginning of their time in Canada, Dobrev and her family reportedly shared a one-bedroom apartment with another family, and shopped at a thrift store named Value Village, which Dobrev’s mom nicknamed “Versace.”

The glassy Lower East Side building, known as Blue, also has a deeded storage space, refrigerated storage for grocery deliveries and a doorman.

Listing broker Frances Katzen, of Douglas Elliman, could not be reached for comment.
