Joy Behar sells Upper West Side pad in just three months

“The View” co-host Joy Behar just sold her Upper West Side home for $3.27 million — down from its $3.5 million asking price, according to city property records.

She did, however, buy the gorgeous co-op at 205 W. 89th St., or Astor Court, for $2.55 million in 2008. She listed the unit in November, and it went into contract in December.

Built in 1915, Astor Court is a U-shaped building with an English garden in the middle.

Behar’s three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment comes with original details and modern updates. It opens to a “dramatic” marbled foyer and a large “great room” overlooking the English garden, as well as lots of custom built-ins.

There’s also a chef’s kitchen, which boasts a six-burner Wolf double range and other features including a warming drawer and a wine cooler. The master bedroom also features many closets (which, presumably, held Behar’s camera-ready wardrobes) and an en suite bathroom with a sound system.

The listing broker was Kathy Berkowitz, of Charles Rutenberg.

Behar also owns a charming $4.75 million home in Sag Harbor, which comes with a “woman cave” and lots of Rubenesque art, according to reports.
