It seems Dean Winters, known for appearing in “Oz,” “30 Rock” and a series of Allstate ads, has just bought a $3.49 million Tribeca condo, according to city records.

The two-bedroom duplex comes with its own roof terrace, and it sold for far less than what the sellers, Stephen and Bonnie Stone Meisel, paid when they bought it for $3.7 million in 2005.

The unit, at 129 Duane St., was asking as much as $5.25 million in 2016.

The charming home opens to a gallery hallway, which can work as a home art gallery, the listing notes.

There’s also a lacquered kitchen and an open living/dining entertainment area with 12-foot ceilings, a woodburning fireplace and three oversized windows with window garden boxes. The master bedroom suite features a skylight, a walk-in closet and an ensuite spa-like bathroom with a shower and separate soaking tub.

A spiral staircase leads to the second level, and showcases a den or home office that opens to the private roof terrace.

The listing broker was Douglas Elliman’s Jennine Gourin.
