How’s this for a Flashback Friday? The beauty brand Sola Look is launching a “Saved by the Bell”-inspired lipstick collection on Feb. 3. The throwback set ($40) consists of three liquid metallic shades, each named after the Bayside High beauties: Kelly Kapowski, Jessie Spano, and Lisa Turtle. Naturally, tubes are decorated with art that recalls the shows’ opening credits.
This isn’t Sola Look’s first foray into nostalgia beauty: It previously launched a “Flashdance” eyeshadow palette and a “Dirty Dancing” face and lip set. But now that it’s set its sights on TV, that opens up a new world of possibilities. Could there be a “Friends” collection in the works next? And could we be any more into that idea?
