Small-screen stars slash price of their penthouse

“How I Met Your Mother” and “Friends From College” star Cobie Smulders and her husband, Taran Killam, who formerly had roles in “Hamilton” and on “Saturday Night Live,” have dropped the price of their Battery Park City penthouse.

The 1,580-square-foot 2 River Terrace home — previously asking $3.99 million, now listed for $3.39 million — comes with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a private 650-square-foot landscaped roof terrace with its own spice garden.

The penthouse, originally listed for sale in April, underwent an earlier price cut in May to $3.59 million, StreetEasy shows. Its ask has dropped a total of 15 percent since listing.

The couple’s spread, designed by David Rockwell, additionally delivers 10-foot ceilings and bamboo floors — plus a few famous neighbors. Oscar-winning filmmaker Oliver Stone bought a $4 million unit there earlier this year. Supermodel Tyra Banks took her pad, once asking $17.5 million, off the market in October, and actor Leonardo DiCaprio is also a resident.

Back inside Smulders and Killam’s home, there’s a 40-foot open living room, a large chef’s kitchen and a master bedroom suite with a spa-like bathroom.

Amenities inside the eco-friendly, LEED Gold-certified building include on-site parking, a gym with a yoga studio, a 50-foot lap pool, a children’s playroom and a second-floor landscaped garden.

The listing broker is Douglas Elliman’s Jason Walker.
