Soho co-op board stops J.Lo from shooting movie in penthouse

It’s a no go for J.Lo.

The condo board at 95 Greene St. in Soho has filed an injunction in bankruptcy court to block celebrity photographer Ken Nahoum from renting his penthouse there for a movie shoot.

Jennifer Lopez had planned to film the forthcoming comedy flick “Second Act” at the home from Dec. 4 to 6 — but the board said no. Nahoum, who has filed for bankruptcy, currently has his penthouse, an 8,2000-square-foot spread that was once three separate units, on the market for $20 million.

The listing follows a bitter ownership dispute with his ex, Victoria’s Secret model Basia Milewicz.

That battle ended in May when Nahoum bought her out. Nahoum owes more than $75,000 in common charges to the board, which has agreed to wait until the penthouse is sold to collect on the debt, board lawyers say.

The penthouse comes with several terraces that total around 4,000 square feet.

It is also for sale as two separate units: a two-bedroom, two-bathroom pad that is 4,635 square feet and asking $13.5 million, and a three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment that is 2,752 square feet listed for $7.7 million.

One boldface name who checked out the penthouse over the summer was Ralph Lauren’s son Andrew, sources tell Gimme Shelter.

The listing brokers are Douglas Elliman’s Ariel Cohen and Luxury Property Group’s Joseph Ash and Ceasar Salama, who declined to comment for this story.

Nahoum didn’t return a request for comment.
