Wannabe base-jumper banned from Empire State Building

A Manhattan judge has permanently barred a former NYU student from one of the city’s top tourist destinations after he posted on Twitter his desire to BASE jump from the icon.

Justice Robert Kalish granted a request by lawyers for the skyscraper to declare Canadian Brennan Parson persona non grata at the 102-story building — forever.

Kalish said he was reluctantly granting the unusual injunction “because of the seriousness of the particular possible future appearance” of Parson, who’d tweeted: “base jump the Empire State Building #50ThingsIWantTo- DoBeforeIDie.”

Last year, Parson broke into the 1,250-foot-tall tower and took photos in a restricted area.

“He’s a clear threat to our building,” the skyscraper’s lawyer, David Tannenbaum, said in court.

He added that an injunction would be a “deterrent” to other would-be base jumpers.
