A 1,600-square-foot penthouse at the new Monroe condo in Asbury Park, NJ — a gentrifying beach town made famous by Bruce Springsteen, who used to play at the Stone Pony — has hit the market for $1.45 million.

It has three bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen and a private 1,237-square-foot roof terrace with another kitchen and a fireplace.

The listing brokers are Douglas Elliman’s Neal Sroka and Lisa Poggi.

Real estate marketing guru Louise Sunshine — strategic advisor for Fort Partners, which is developing the Four Seasons Private Residences Fort Lauderdale — and broker Senada Adzem hosted a cocktail event at developer Penny Bradley’s Upper East Side for-sale townhouse to discuss the Florida property.

Bradley’s $18.95 million spread, at 46 E. 82nd St., had previously asked $22.5 million in 2015. The five-bedroom property is just under 7,400 square feet and comes with a high-speed elevator and multiple fireplaces.

There’s also a garden “trimmed in slabs of bluestone and antique brick,” according to the listing, and a chef’s kitchen by Smallbone of Devizes.
