Douglas Elliman star broker John Gomes and fashion designer Raul Melgoza welcomed twins, Paloma, who weighed in at 4 pounds, 12 ounces, and Raphael, who was 5 pounds, 11 ounces, on Oct. 31.
They were six weeks early and are still in the hospital. “They are doing very well and getting stronger every day,” Gomes tells Gimme Shelter.
“We were just coming back from the gym and starting to meditate when we got the call and rushed to get on the first plane to Florida,” says Gomes.
Top designer Paris Forino is still “putting the finishing touches” on the nursery in their new 11 Beach digs, Gomes says.
The couple bought the Tribeca pad for $4.8 million last year.
