A man was fatally shot in the neck outside a Bronx seafood restaurant on Friday night, and a suspect was taken into custody at the scene.
Lorenzo Daley, 29, of Mount Vernon, NY, was shot once in the neck at 7:30 p.m. outside Simply Seafood on White Plains Road in Allerton, cops said.
He was rushed to Jacobi Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
The person in custody was not immediately charged or identified.
