Olé! He’s a cop turned matador.
A Long Island police officer had to nearly grab these bulls by the horns to herd them into a neighbor’s yard after they halted traffic on a road in Yaphank Saturday morning.
In lieu of a red flag, the Suffolk County cop had to chase the loose black and brown bulls for nearly 20 minutes before giving them a tap on the rear to coral them behind a fence in a neighbor’s yard.
The rogue bulls were spotted around 7:05 a.m. on Yaphank Middle Island Road near Rustic Road, according to police. They had escaped from a nearby farm.
Several officers and a local also gave the bullfighting cop a hand.
