Comedian and actress Kate McKinnon, while filming the June-released “Rough Night” last summer with Scarlett Johansson, Zoë Kravitz and Ilana Glazer, lived in a loft-like condo rental at 10 Leland Lane in Southampton.

Now, that spread — relatively close to Johansson’s home in Amagansett — is back on the market for $1.04 million, below its last asking price of $1.35 million.

The condo complex is known as the Canterbury Mews. McKinnon’s former pad is a roomy 1,600 square feet.

It’s a three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse that features a chef’s kitchen, a great room with built-ins and banquet seating in the dining room.

The listing broker is Douglas Elliman’s Aaron Curti.

McKinnon is now getting love for taking on the lead role in the Netflix reboot “The Magic School Bus Rides Again.”

McKinnon will voice the role of Ms. Fiona Felicity Frizzle, the new teacher and younger sister of Lilly Tomlin’s hit character from the 1990s, Professor Frizzle — and Lin-Manuel Miranda will sing the updated theme song.

New York-based public relations and brand-building firm Relevance New York is opening a London office in October and both offices will be branded as Relevance International.

One of the new listings they will now rep is an $8.7 million “family maisonette” in London.
