Mayweather-McGregor beat the pants off Pornhub

Conor McGregor’s loss to Floyd Mayweather garnered worldwide attention – and even put Pornhub in the shadows.

Data has revealed that there was a 12 percent drop worldwide in the number of people logging in to the porn siteduring the fight.

And in the US, there was a huge 21 percent decline in viewership, according to figures released by the website.

In McGregor‘s homeland of Ireland, there was an 11 percent drop, as people swapped sex for fighting in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Either side of the Las Vegas blockbuster, that Mayweather won by a 10th-round stoppage, figures were around their usual peak levels.

Millennials were most interested in the fight, as there was a 26 percent drop in the numbers of 18-24 and 25-34-year-olds choosing to watch some porn that night.

The data concludes that once the fight finished, 35-44 and 45-54-year-olds were back on the adult-only site.

And Mayweather himself decided to treat himself to some adult entertainment after his victory as he partied at his Girl Collection strip club.

And one of the club’s dancers posted an old video of Mayweather showering cash on twerking girls with the caption: “Gotta share the winnings !!!”

Mayweather is set to bank over $100 million from the fight purse alone. In fact, he could make upwards of $300 million because he co-promoted the fight with the UFC.
