Cops hunt for suspect who tried to molest 13-year-old girl

Police have released a sketch and video of the man who attempted to molest a teenage girl in the Bronx.

The 13-year-old victim was walking near Southern Boulevard and Leggett Avenue around 7:45 p.m. Aug. 14 when the creep followed her into a residential building’s stairwell.

He tried to put his hands down her pants and take her clothes off, police said.

The brave girl fought back and was able to resist her attacker, who fled.

Police describe the man as a Hispanic, in his 20s, 5 feet 5, with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, blue jeans, a black baseball cap and white sneakers.
