That was fast!

Less than a month after beauty mogul Laura Mercier listed her stunning Walker Tower apartment in Chelsea — a two-bedroom asking $11.15 million — it has nabbed a buyer.

The all-cash buyer wants to move in quickly, too, which means that Mercier — who launched her career as a make-up artist for clients including Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow and Sarah Jessica Parker — has to find a new place by mid-September.

“We are scrambling to find the final piece of the puzzle,” Mercier’s broker, Corcoran’s Vickey Barron, tells Gimme Shelter. Mercier is spending more time in her native France, but wouldn’t dream of being without a home in New York; she’s just looking for something smaller.

Mercier wants to find something else with “character and great bones,” hopefully still in Chelsea. And she’s trusting Barron to find it for her, as Mercier is so often out of the city.

Walker Tower, at 212 W. 18th St., is Ralph Walker’s Art Deco classic.

One of the first to buy at the tony address, Mercier paid $5.91 million in late 2013 for her light-filled, 2,168-square-foot unit, which delivers floor-to-ceiling windows, hand-laid French herringbone floors, a living/dining area where she has often tested new products and a corner master suite with two walk-in closets and a spa-like bathroom with a cast-iron tub.

Walker Tower has also famously attracted the likes of A-listers, including Cameron Diaz, Katie Holmes and Harrison Ford.
