Homeless sex offender arrested for rubbing up on 12-year-old girl

A homeless sex offender with more than 40 prior arrests violated a 12-year-old girl from Ohio who was staying at a Midtown hotel with her family, police said.

Anton Liverpool, 39, allegedly rubbed his genitals on the girl’s back side in front of the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel near the corner of Seventh Ave. and W. 47th St. at around 8 a.m. Wednesday.

The girl then told her family, who alerted police.

The pervert was captured a short time later as officers were canvassing the area for him.

They also found surveillance video from inside the hotel that shows at least part of the disgusting act, police said.

Liverpool was charged with sex abuse.

Police said Liverpool is a registered sex offender who has been arrested more than 40 times.

In February of 2015, he was arrested when an off-duty cop from Brooklyn recognized him as the person wanted for committing lewd acts in the Bushwick area.

On January 5, he allegedly pulled down his pants and began masturbating in front of a 21-year-old woman near Irving Avenue and Eldert Avenue. He was charged with public lewdness; a misdemeanor.

On Feb. 7, he allegedly walked up behind a 17-year-old girl and began massaging her shoulders before grabbing her rear near Wycoff Avenue and Putnam Avenue, police said. In that instance he was charged with forcible touching, also a misdemeanor.
