The UK’s richest comedian unloads Upper East Side pad

Tracey Ullman, the Emmy Award-winning British-American comedian — who’s nailed impersonations of female leaders like Theresa May and Angela Merkel — has just sold her Upper East Side home at 3 E. 69th St. for $2.35 million.

It asked $2.49 million.

The Art Deco building, a prewar co-op on a prime street by Central Park, was designed in 1938 by Sylvan Bien, who was also responsible for the Carlyle Hotel.

Ullman, who is reportedly Britain’s richest comedian and second-richest actress, is now free of her two-bedroom unit measuring 1,550 square feet.

It comes with an oversize eat-in kitchen and a home office. The loft-style unit also features a large living room with a woodburning fireplace.

The listing brokers were Douglas Elliman’s Roger Erickson, Ekaterina Brody, Keyan Sanai and Theresa Thompson.
