Fifth Ave., Broadway, St. Marks Place: Which boro’s version should you call home?

These days someone says 57th Street and thoughts turn to Russian billionaires. Could be, though, they’re just talking about their place in outer Queens.

Broadway, by the same token, is the Great White Way. But it’s also a thoroughfare in Staten Island (and every other borough, as well).

New York, New York is no stranger to repetition, and in a city this size it’s perhaps only to be expected that some street names will pop up more than once.

What follows are a few favorite pairings.

Fifth Avenue

Price: $15.5 million; Bedrooms: 5; Bathrooms: 6½; Square feet: 4,000

Halstead Property, LLC

There’s a reason Fifth Avenue is synonymous with luxury living — and that reason is apartments like this one. The “meticulously renovated duplex,” penthouse #15A, offers panoramic views of Central Park, Midtown and beyond. Enjoy them from the wraparound terrace done up in “seasonal plantings,” or, on chilly days, take in the scene from your “grand, corner living room,” curled up, perhaps, by the woodburning fireplace. Other features include a windowed chef’s kitchen, master suite with marble bath and “grand” moldings and woodwork.

Prefer a single-family home? Not quite so jaw-dropping but still perfectly nice is this newly built Whitestone four-bedroom, with features like custom oak floors, a walk-in closet, a master bath with “luxury” fixtures and a “European-style kitchen.” Sure, you’re not right on Central Park, but the bedrooms’ balconies do offer bridge and water views. Plus, you get your own private driveway. Try finding that in Manhattan!

The East Village is home to New York’s most famous St. Marks — an indie street that was once the stomping ground of luminaries like Thelonious Monk and the New York Dolls. Now there’s a Chipotle there. The Staten Island version has kept its cool, though. At least according to the listing for this two-family house in St. George, near the ferry terminal, which dubs the area the borough’s “hippest enclave.” Occupy the house “as it is” or tear it down to build “a whole new space to live your dreams.”

For about the same money (give or take a hundred grand), you could move into this Boerum Hill one-bedroom with a 217-square-foot private terrace. Inside, enjoy “sunlit serenity,” along with features like red oak plank flooring, a “spa-like” bathroom and a “meticulously executed” open chef’s kitchen. Don’t call the moving van yet, though — this new condo building won’t be finished until sometime next year.

Billionaires Row? Not exactly. Which isn’t to say, however, that this one-bedroom in a Woodside building called The Chateau is without its charms. Granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and new cabinet hardware aren’t strictly the domain of one-percenters, but they’re good things to have all the same. Refinished hardwood floors are nice as well. And really, what could make a person feel more like royalty than sleeping on a king-sized bed? This apartment’s “spacious” bedroom easily accommodates one. The ask isn’t too shabby, either.

Five million bucks is pretty steep for a one-bedroom, no doubt. But, for the price, it is located on 57th Street’s premier condo giant One 57. With perks like a “gourmet kitchen” with Miele appliances and handcrafted cabinetry along with “polished marble” baths with luxury Dornbracht fixtures, you’ll at least know what you’re paying for. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer “dramatic views” of the Manhattan skyline, while building amenities include a 24-hour doorman and concierge, an indoor pool, a private dining room and access to the services of the on-site Park Hyatt hotel.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, things are a little cramped downtown in Alphabet City, where roughly the same money will buy you a mere studio. It’s a nice one, though, with a kitchen outfitted in stainless-steel appliances from Bosch and Fisher & Paykel and a recently renovated bathroom decked out in new subway tiles. (Not to mention the “easy-to-clean tile floor”!) The building itself features a doorman, gym and “rooftop lounge” with “panoramic views of Manhattan.”

Located southeast of Green-Wood Cemetery, Kensington is definitely not the East Village. (Of course, you can get there in around 45 minutes, depending on how the F train is running.) Or just stay home and enjoy spacious outer-borough living. This duplex features three bedrooms (converted from five!), a full bathroom, two powder rooms, an open kitchen with “newer” stainless-steel appliances and 14, count ‘em, 14 windows. Also, if you’re feeling antsy, Prospect Park is a short eight blocks away.

“Tremendous potential!” announces the listing for this detached two-family Colonial. And why not? Isn’t Broadway where stars are born? What’s that? Not that Broadway? Hmm… Well, anyway, this house “needs work and updating” but could be a “perfect” family abode with a bit of elbow grease. It’s on a 3,375-square-foot lot with a full unfinished basement and off-street parking.

Want the classic Broadway experience? How about this studio smack in the middle of Times Square? The decade-old building comes with a full-time doorman and concierge, and the unit itself includes features like granite kitchen countertops and high-end appliances. The apartment’s floor-to-ceiling windows, plus a shared rooftop observatory and a communal terrace, let you look out on the bustle below.

Broadway runs up through the Bronx as well, and there are deals to be had along the avenue’s northern reaches — like this one-bedroom co-op in Fieldston, just across from sprawling Van Cortlandt Park. The unit includes a windowed kitchen, generous living room and a renovated bathroom, as well as central air.

Maybe the Bronx is even more of a bargain than we thought. This similarly sized unit along Broadway in Elmhurst, Queens, will run you almost triple its Fieldston counterpart. Granted, you are right by the train and Queens Center mall. (”Location! Location! Location!” the listing trumpets.) But you’ll need to bring your toolbox, because the unit “needs work.”

Manhattan’s Broadway has Patti LuPone, Brooklyn’s has Peter Luger. The venerable steakhouse is just down the street from this two-bedroom unit at the luxurious Gretsch building in Williamsburg. Of course, with kitchen features like a six-burner Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigerator and “high grade” granite counters, eating in is always an option, too. Other perks include custom cabinetry, 13-foot ceilings with exposed beams and a spiral staircase.

Time was you could expect to save a bundle moving from Manhattan to the outer boroughs. With much of Brooklyn, that’s no longer the case. But who needs a bargain when the high-life is within reach? This DUMBO two-bedroom comes with perks like a custom walk-in closet, a Vitabath Venetian soaking tub and espresso-wood and white-lacquered kitchen cabinetry. The building features a gym and part-time doorman as well as a rooftop terrace with “panoramic” city views.

Old World charm meets modern “loft-like” living in this South Street Seaport-set, Andreas Escobar-designed two-bedroom with, according to the listing, “bones that date as far back as the 1820s.” (That’s before DUMBO was even a part of New York City!) Enjoy the living room’s “swaths” of exposed brick and row of east-facing windows along with the apartments “well-equipped” kitchen. And the full bathroom, with its subway tile walls and “gleaming” modern fixtures, “is a vision.”

Bring your own architect, as they say. This single-family townhouse is a bit rough around the edges, but “ready for the right owner to bring their own vision.” Built in 1901, the four-story row house features an elegant neoclassical façade and sits on a 1,775-square-foot lot on tree-lined block close to the Bronx’s newly bustling Mott Haven neighborhood.

Look west across the Harlem River to this two-family townhouse in “prime Central Harlem” that combines a one-bedroom garden-level rental with a five-bedroom, two-bath owner’s triplex featuring a rear deck with steps down into a private garden. Owner occupied since 1983, the building received plumbing, heating, and electrical updates in 1987 along with a 2004 kitchen upgrade and a touch up to the roof in 2013.

Truth be told, this Financial District condo is only a few blocks from the water itself, but nautical isn’t really the vibe it’s going for. The two-bedroom unit with “too many upgrades to mention” comes outfitted with advanced LED lighting, an integrated audio/visual system, and a kitchen with custom granite countertops and “top-tier” appliances. That said, the seas could get a bit choppy in the 8-jet whirlpool tub.

Has Red Hook officially exited its starving artist phase? The Brooklyn neighborhood has long had a certain gritty glamour, but this three-story townhouse is short on the former and long on the latter with features like Carrara marble kitchen islands, a fireplace, and a bathroom with dual sinks and a soaking tub. Enjoy “breathtaking” views of the Statue of Liberty from atop your full-floor roof deck and ask yourself, what was so great about being poor and happy, anyway?

Soho, of course, left its bohemian days behind long ago, trading hot plates and code violations for luxuries like “oil-rubbed Danish oak flooring” and motorized draperies. This six-story townhouse includes an entire floor dedicated to a “sumptuous” master suite, not to mention a rooftop outfitted with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace perfect for “al fresco entertaining.” Have your guests take the elevator straight up to the top!
