Tiger Woods’ DUI dashcam footage is released

Dashcam footage was released Wednesday night showing a dazed and confused Tiger Woods wobbling around and slurring his words as he attempts to speak with cops during his DUI arrest.

The golf star can be seen on video failing his roadside sobriety tests and struggling to keep his eyes open after officers found him passed out behind the wheel of his busted-up Mercedes-Benz early Monday in Jupiter, Fla.

At one point, Woods — who is decked out in his signature Nike apparel — is asked to recite the alphabet, but instead of doing so, he starts randomly walking away.

“Mr. Woods, you don’t have to walk anywhere,” an officer can be heard telling him.

“What, what are we doing?” Woods asks, stuttering.

The footage, which was released by the Jupiter Police Department, shows the golfer’s entire arrest from start to finish.

In the beginning, a squad car can be seen pulling up to Woods’ vehicle, which is stopped halfway in a traffic lane and halfway over a bike lane. Two officers are then spotted speaking to him about where he was coming from and driving to, before eventually questioning his sobriety.

“You know the reason I’m out with you now?” the officer says.

To which Wood replies, “Say again?”

“It’s because you’re stopped in the road, in the middle of the road,” the cop says. “You don’t remember me telling you that before?”

“Yeah,” Woods says.

Before arresting the sports icon, officers can be heard telling him he smells of alcohol. The exchange corroborates reports that authorities initially assumed he was drunk.

“Have you been drinking?” one of the cops asks.

“Nah,” Woods says.

“Okay, cause there’s some odor coming from you,” the cop responds.

During one of his sobriety tests, Woods was instructed to follow a light with his eyes — which he fails to do miserably.

“You’re not following the light at all,” the officer testing him says. “You’re not listening to instructions.”

He was also told to walk along the white line on the road, which he couldnt’ do, either.

When asked where he was heading, Woods flat-out said: “I have no idea.”

After placing the 41-year-old in cuffs, the two officers can be seen leading him to a squad car and placing him inside.

“Do you have any necklaces on or anything?” one of the cops asks.

“Just a few screws in the body,” Woods says.

It’s ultimately not clear how many officers were at the scene during the golfer’s arrest.

While Woods wound up failing his field sobriety test, he blew 0.00 on a Breathalyzer, and later blamed an “unexpected reaction” to prescription medicine he’s taking after undergoing back surgery five weeks ago.

He reportedly told cops he was on several drugs, including painkiller Vicodin and Celexa — an anti-depressant.
