Von Miller got his stolen Super Bowl helmet back

Super Bowl MVP Von Miller was reunited Wednesday with the helmet stolen from him after last year’s big game.

The FBI handed over the helmet which had been swiped by the same crook who swiped Tom Brady’s championship headgear after this year’s title game.

A Mexican journalist has been implicated in both the Miller and Brady thefts.

The Denver Broncos tweeted a picture Miller and the no-longer-missing helmet: “The @FBI returned something very special to @Millerlite40 today — his #SB50 helmet.”

The 28-year-old Miller, who plays outside linebacker, is among only nine defensive players to win Super Bowl MVP.

He led his Broncos to a convincing 24-10 win over the Carolina Panthers at Super Bowl 50 — played last Feb. 7 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.
