The unidentified snoozer was caught early Saturday catching some Z’s in his car — illegally parked on the Harlem River Drive.
The driver, who was wearing a bright red shirt and rain boots, was detained in Washington Heights where his black Nissan Rogue SUV was parked in the easternmost lane of the highway near the Washington Bridge around 6 a.m.
The man was carrying a wad of cash as he was escorted to a police vehicle.
Cops said it’s illegal to park on a highway, but it was unknown whether the man was cited.
