Hollywood power couple Terence and Rachel Winter have put their chic Upper West Side pied-a-terre on the market for $1.29 million.

Terry Winter, the creator of “Boardwalk Empire,” was also nominated for an Oscar for the best adapted screenplay for “The Wolf of Wall Street.”

That popular flick found itself subject last year to a US Justice Department civil suit seeking $1 billion, charging it was funded by a money-laundering scheme involving a development firm established by Malaysia’s prime minister.

Rachel Winter, who designed this snazzy one-bedroom apartment, is the Oscar-nominated producer of “Dallas Buyers Club.”

The one-bathroom apartment at 104 W. 70th St. is 700 square feet. It’s in an 11-story building that dates to 1902.

The renovated, light-filled space comes with a windowed chef’s kitchen, and high ceilings, crown moldings, hardwood floors and solid oak doors.

The listing broker is Maria Daou, of Warburg Realty.
