Gail Simmons whipped up the perfect wish list for Hanukkah.
The food writer and cookbook author always throws a champagne and latke party this time of year where Simmons makes dozens of her mom’s potato pancakes with lots of toppings.

“It will be my daughter’s first time abroad and we can’t wait to show her Buckingham Palace and Borough Market,” Simmons told The Post. “She thinks she’s meeting Paddington and the Queen!”
