Stepson sues ‘loan wolf’ judge’s widow over unpaid loan

Brooklyn Judge Robin Garson — the widow of a crooked ex-judge — is being sued by her stepson, who alleges she owes him for a loan.

Former Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Gerald P. Garson was caught on camera in 2007 taking bribes from a lawyer. Gerald, who died in February at age 83, served two years behind bars.

During his trial, he and wife Robin — a civil court judge in Brooklyn — borrowed $210,000 from Gerald’s son James, court papers claim.

Robin, 62, promised in a handwritten note to pay back the cash, agreeing to use either life-insurance proceeds or money from the sale of her East 74th Street co-op to pay off the debt. But when James sought to recoup, she blew him off, he claims in a Manhattan federal court lawsuit.

Much of the cash was given directly to Robin, who has “refused all of James Garson’s requests” for repayment, according to his lawsuit.

“All I’m going to say is it’s sad when a son sues a father’s estate,” Robin Garson told The Post.
