We hear that developer Roy Stillman hosted a book party for Michael Gross, best selling author of “740 Park” and “House of Outrageous Fortune,” to celebrate Gross’s new book, “Focus: The Secret, Sexy, Sometimes Sordid World of Fashion Photographers,” at The Schumacher’s last remaining penthouse on the market.
Jonah Hill, who lives in the building, was not present.
The four-bedroom, five-bathroom penthouse at the celeb-heavy building, located at 36 Bleecker St., is 4,480 square feet and comes with 1,388 square feet of exterior space.
It is on the market for $20 million.
The listing brokers are Douglas Elliman’s Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes.
