Authorities believe a man placed skimming devices on several ATMs in one borough, then used the victims’ stolen personal information to make withdrawals in another. The bank-card readers first turned up at a few spots in Brooklyn during the last week of April, cops said. On April 8, the thief put the information he stole to use by withdrawing $200 from a 51-year-old man’s checking account at an ATM on White Plains Road near Lydig Avenue in The Bronx, police said. The fraudster then struck on April 28 by withdrawing $1,390 from a 45-year-old victim’s account at an ATM about four miles away on White Plains Road near East 237th Street in Wakefield, cops said. The suspect is 20 to 25 years old, with a slim build, and wears an earring. He was wearing a black bubble jacket, gray pants and black sneakers, police said.

Police are hunting for two suspects who allegedly beat and robbed at gunpoint a Grand Concourse man in his home. The man and woman pushed their way into the home at Sheridan Avenue and East 163rd Street on May 29, and the male attacker pistol-whipped the victim and forced him into the bathroom, police said. They stole cash, sunglasses and a cellphone, cops said. The victim, 59, suffered cuts to the head and hands, and burns to the torso, according to police. He was taken to Bronx Lebanon Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspects were described as follows: The male was wearing a black baseball hat, black long-sleeve shirt and dark jeans while the woman was wearing a blue baseball hat, white shirt and blue jeans, investigators said.

Cops are looking for a suspect who allegedly stole a handbag from a woman in a Mt. Hope subway station. The victim, 50, was trying to get through the turnstile at the 174th-175th Street station on May 30 when the assailant grabbed her from behind and swiped her bag, cops said. The suspect is in his 30s and was wearing a gray hoodie with dark-colored pants, investigators added.

Brooklyn

A 56-year-old man who fell off his bicycle in East New York late last month has died from his injuries, cops said Saturday. He was riding his bike at Vermont Street and Wortman Avenue at about 5 p.m. on May 26 when he fell and sustained injuries to his head and face, and cuts to his hand, according to the NYPD Collision Investigation Squad. EMS responded and rushed him to Brookdale Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries Thursday. The man’s name has not been released pending family notification.

A morning argument on the subway turned brutal in East New York when four female attackers set upon a 21-year-old woman during an argument, police said Saturday. The May 27 beating onboard a southbound A train left the victim with bruises on the head after she was punched and kicked by the group, who fled at the Broadway Junction station, police said. The victim refused medical attention.

Manhattan

A conversation in a Washington Heights restaurant turned heated and then violent as one man slashed another, according to police Saturday. The attacker started chatting with the 54-year-old victim at 67 Restaurant on Audubon Avenue near West 183rd Street on June 5, then sliced the foe on the arm and dashed out. The victim was treated at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. The slasher was described as dark-skinned, ­5-foot-6 and 125 pounds. He was wearing a green hoodie with letters GSRD across the chest.
