Video shows fatal Blue Angels jet crash

The harrowing moment a Blue Angels jet crashed in Tennessee was reportedly captured in a video that surfaced online on Tuesday.
The footage allegedly shows the final moments of the pilot, Marine Capt. Jeff Kuss, 32, before the F/A-18 fighter jet he was flying made a fiery crash in Smyrna near Nashville on June 2, according to The Drive.
Billows of smoke can be seen trailing behind the aircraft before a mushroom cloud rises into the air after the Hornet hits the ground.

“Oh my God, are you kidding me?” one distressed onlooker can be heard saying.
“This is terrible, man. This is terrible,” he continues, according to an account from Task and Purpose.
Kuss, a native of Durango, Colorado, was married and left behind two children.
Kuss was beginning to take off during an afternoon practice session when the crash occurred. Five other F/A-18 jets landed safely moments after the crash, according to a statement released by the Navy.
He became a second lieutenant in the Marines in 2006 and served in Afghanistan prior to joining the Blue Angels.
The deadly impact was the second fighter jet crash of the day for the military’s elite fighter jet performance teams.
One of the US Air Force Thunderbirds crashed in Colorado after flying above the Air Force Academy graduation where President Barack Obama made a commencement speech, according to the Associated Press.
Luckily, that pilot survived.
