Jenna Bush Hager won’t say who she’s voting for

Add Jenna Bush Hager to the Republicans who are not ready to fall in behind Donald Trump, the presumptive standard-bearer.

The former first daughter said as much while pushing her new Web show, “Southern in the City,” which she does for Southern Living magazine, at the Time Inc. NewFronts presentation on Thursday.

People magazine Editorial Director Jess Cagle veered off topic and asked whom she was voting for in the presidential election.

“That’s why I work for Southern Living — it’s not a political magazine,” said the daughter of former president George W. Bush and granddaughter of Bush 41.

When that did not suffice for an answer, she said, “I think I am going to have to take the Fifth on that one.”

Trump, of course, had pilloried her Uncle Jeb in the presidential debates. And Jenna’s mom, former first lady Laura Bush, hinted last month that she might even consider voting for Hillary Clinton.
