How you (yes, you!) can take Noah Syndergaard home

Strapping young Mets star Noah Syndergaard isn’t pitching in Saturday’s game at Citi Field. But fans can still get a good look at the blond, tousled, 6-foot-6 hurler who goes by the moniker Thor. Well, at least a 7-inch-tall replica of the 23-year-old sensation.

The team is giving away Noah Syndergaard-en Gnomes at the 4:05 p.m. game. But get there early — the gift is just for the first 15,000 fans at the ballpark.

We wondered what Syndergaard thought of his likeness and the whole Syndergaard-en thing. Does he have a green thumb or something?

He says he likes it a lot. “The gnome does look like me. But it makes me look a little plump,” Syndergaard tells The Post.

The 242-pounder’s own gardening background is about as slight as his gnome (just 6.4 ounces). “When I was younger,” he says, “I planted a tree with my dad — I dug the hole.”

But he does seem willing to add some green to the mix of the Mets’ blue and orange. Told that Mets pitchers and coaches used to tend tomato plants in the Shea Stadium bullpen, he says, “I’m all for a garden at Citi Field, with my gnome watching over it. An organic garden.”
