A 26-year-old man was slashed across his face by a stranger at a Crown Heights homeless shelter, police sources said. Michael Pizarro told cops a man with whom he wasn’t acquainted cut him at the shelter at 594 Ralph Ave. at about 11 p.m. Monday, the sources said. The victim was in stable condition at Interfaith Hospital. No arrests have been made.

A 23-year-old man told cops he got shot in the buttocks by his own pistol as he ran from two muggers — one of them armed — in East Flatbush, police sources said.The victim said he threw his phone at the two muggers and fled as they tried to rob him at Winthrop Street and Brooklyn Avenue at 10 p.m. Monday. He told cops the gun in his back pocket discharged as he was running, the sources said. He was treated at Kings County Hospital. Evidence was recovered from his pocket, and it wasn’t immediately known if he might be facing weapons charges, the sources said.

The Bronx

A subway rider was pummeled on a train in Morris Heights as an argument over a seat got out of hand, ­authorities said. The 58-year-old victim was riding a southbound 4 train at about 6 a.m. on March 7 when the attacker approached and began ­arguing with him. The suspect pulled the victim off the seat, threw him to the floor and punched him in the face and head, leaving him with a bloody lip, cops said. The victim fled the train at the Mount Eden Avenue station and called 911 while the attacker stayed aboard and managed to elude cops. The suspect was last seen wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and a black baseball cap.

A 53-year-old man told cops his 40-year-old girlfriend slashed him with a machete in Norwood early Tuesday, cutting him on the arms, sources said. Edgar Rodriguez was ­allegedly slashed at 333 E. 209th Street at approximately 12:30 a.m. The suspect fled the scene and cops are looking for her. Rodriguez received EMS treatment at the location, authorities said.

Manhattan

Three suspects, including the man pictured above, robbed a jogger and menaced a delivery man on the Upper West Side, cops said. The trio stole an iPhone at gunpoint from a 24-year-old jogger in Riverside Park near West 90th Street at 9:35 p.m. on March 6, police said. Fifteen minutes later, the same suspects tried to grab cash from a 28-year-old man making a delivery West 91st Street, but fled empty-handed. Security cameras at the 96th Street/Broadway subway station caught images of two of the suspects jumping turnstiles shortly after the confrontations, cops said. One was wearing gray sweat pants and a red hoodie bearing a Nike logo, and the other wore black jeans and a dark hoodie.

A man was arrested for allegedly breaking into his baby mama’s Upper West Side apartment after they argued, authorities said. Rayshawn Dixon, 28, climbed through the window of the woman’s apartment on West 91st Street at 1 a.m. Monday, cops said. The woman awoke to find her ex ranting at her, and she locked herself and her two kids in a bedroom and called police. Responding officers found Dixon inside the apartment trying to talk to the woman through the bedroom door and arrested him. He did not have any weapons on him and did not steal any property. He was charged with ­harassment. He has a prior arrest from last year for allegedly making terroristic threats, calling 911 repeatedly and saying he was “dying to kill NYPD” cops.

Staten Island

Two men are wanted for beating and robbing a man waiting for a bus in Clifton, authorities said. The 26-year-old victim was at Edgewater Street near Bay Street when the two suspects approached him just before midnight on March 1. One of the men pulled a gun and threw the victim to the ground while the other dug through the victim’s pockets and stole a Samsung Galaxy S5 phone and Nike Air Jordan sneakers, cops said. The suspects then fled the scene and the victim was taken to Richmond University Hospital for treatment of cuts and bruises, cops said.
