Mom cleared of neglect accusations in toddler’s death

City social workers found no evidence of prior neglect of the Brooklyn toddler who died alone in a Brooklyn fire Tuesday while her stripper mom was out partying.

The Administration for Children’s Services investigated three complaints accusing Leila Aquino, 20, of neglecting 2-year-old Kalenah Muldrow in the past year, but all were unfounded, a spokesman said.

A complaint from February 2015 claimed her apartment was in poor condition. Another tip about neglect was filed three months later. Then on Feb. 15, 2016, Aquino was accused of working as a prostitute. ACS nixed all the accusations.

The mother allegedly told cops that she had been out partying when the fire engulfed her Bedford-Stuyvesant home.
