“Million Dollar Listing New York” star Luis D. Ortiz, of Douglas Elliman, has moved into Sky, currently the city’s biggest rental.
The two-bedroom unit at 605 W. 42nd St. is 970 square feet and was asking $6,500 a month.
A current two-bedroom rental on the 53rd floor is currently on the market for $6,392 a month.
The 71-story building, developed by the Moinian Group, comes with skyline, river and harbor views and includes a Rockwell Group-designed lobby.
It also features a 70,000-square-foot membership club, Life Time Athletic at Sky, with two zero-edge outdoor pools, a hot tub, an indoor lap pool, a spa with a Turkish bath, a full-size basketball court and a park.
