‘My married boyfriend left me broke and homeless’

A married Manhattan landlord strung along his real estate broker girlfriend for five years — using her connections to invest in real estate and other business deals — then dumped her for another woman, leaving her broke and homeless, a new lawsuit claims.

Douglas Elliman broker Vesna Todorov dated Michael Speiser, head of The Speiser Organization, from 2010 to 2015, say court papers.

Speiser promised to divorce his wife but said he first had to “transfer all his assets into his children’s names to minimize what he had to pay” his spouse in the split, the suit claims.

But when Todorov, 55, was out of town, Speiser, 63, took up with a new woman, her suit says, and kept her $30,000 commission on a Palm Beach unit and withheld her share of a Miami property that had appreciated by $2 million.

Speiser attorney Matthew Schwarz said his client has no comment because he has not been served with court papers. Todorov is suing for $500,000.
