Celebrity chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten was spotted checking out some Village Green West condos at 245 W. 14th St., by Alfa Development.

The units he looked at included a 10th-story, full-floor residence that is now asking $7.75 million — down from its original $8.55 million ask.

The unit comes with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a 50-foot great room and, natch, an open chef’s kitchen. There’s also a master suite featuring a private balcony and a spa-like bathroom with radiant-heated mosaic marble floors and a marble-clad deep soaking tub.

Building amenities include a rooftop garden, bike storage and gym, sauna and treatment room.

The listing brokers, Douglas Elliman’s Justin Tuinstra and Glenn Davis, declined to comment. Along with being one of the world’s top chefs, famed for blending cultures while staying true to his French roots, Vongerichten also has an exquisite, pared down eye for design.

He hired Thomas Juul-Hansen to create his restaurants and residences long before the Danish designer went on to orchestrate interiors and exteriors for the city’s new crop of billionaire buildings.
