Irina Shayk snags $6M West Village pad

Sports Ilustrated Swimsuit model Irina Shaykhlislamova — better known as Irina Shayk — has just bought herself new digs at 150 Charles Street, according to city property records.

The deal was first reported in Luxury Listings NYC.

Shayk, who is still dating actor Bradley “American Sniper” Cooper, despite break-up rumors, had been living in the West Village at 166 Perry Street, but she put that apartment on the market last December for $3.99 million, as the Post previously reported.

It is still for sale, and while there has been some “oversees interest,” no one has bit.

Shayk’s new apartment is a fifth-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit that is 1,987 square feet and comes with a 252-square-foot terrace.

While Cooper, we hear, has put his own house hunt on hold, it’s not yet clear whether he will move in with Shayk.

“That part of the equation is still undecided,” a source said.

At the moment, the model is working on creating a model apartment — and busy “transforming closets and making adjustments for her shoes and clothes, all the accoutrements that models require,” a source said.

Shayk’s broker, Douglas Elliman’s Jacky Teplitzky, declined to comment.

The trophy building — where a ninth-floor unit is currently on the market for $40 million — comes with its own 75-foot lap pool and rock star neighbors including Jon Bon Jovi, who bought a $12.99 million unit after finally unloading his Mercer Street penthouse duplex for $34 million last year. He had first put it on the market for $42 million in 2013 — after buying it for $24 million in 2007.
