A starstruck Britney Spears posed with Hillary Clinton on Thursday, lavishing praise on the presidential candidate – before quietly pulling her chummy hashtag.
The pop star posted photos of herself with the beaming Clinton on her Twitter and Instagram accounts ahead of Nevada’s Democratic caucus on Saturday.
“Being in Vegas for #PieceOfMe is amazing for so many reasons…Especially when you get to meet @HillaryClinton!” she tweeted, referring to her “Piece of Me” concert in Vegas.
“Such an inspiration and beautiful voice for women around the world!!!” she added on Instagram. “This woman had an intense presence and I felt very honored to meet with her!!!”
But she apparently took back a piece of her support by deleting her #ImWithHer hashtag.
