More than 140 firefighters battled an inferno that swept through a Brooklyn building before spreading to neighboring homes, officials said.

The blaze started at a multi-story home on Diamond Street in Greenpoint around 10:30 p.m. Sunday, according to the FDNY.

As units struggled to contain the fire, the flames overtook the building and spread two neighboring buildings which also became fully engulfed.

The fire was brought under control around three hours later.

Two people sustained minor injuries but refused medical attention, fire officials said.

Several people were displaced and have been placed in temporary housing by the Red Cross.
