NBA head case arrested for SoHo hotel rampage

A troubled ex-NBA player is in hot water with the law again after he was arrested last month for attacking a security guard at the Trump SoHo hotel in Manhattan, The Post has learned.

Jeff Adrien, 30, who has played for the Golden State Warriors, Houston Rockets and Minnesota Timberwolves, will appear Tuesday in Manhattan Criminal Court to face charges of assault and criminal trespass in connection with the Jan. 10 attack.

Adrien lumbered into the posh hotel at 246 Spring Street in the wee hours and was immediately confronted by the guard, who repeatedly asked him if he was a guest, police sources said. The 6-foot-4, 245-pound Adrien didn’t respond, prompting the guard to order him to leave.

A furious Adrien set upon the 42-year-old guard, scratching his head and face with his nails, sources said.

Hotel staff quickly called police. Adrien was charged with assault and criminal trespass.

In Dec. 2015, Adrien was charged with stealing a 2015 Mercedes from a parking attendant and taking it on a six-hour joyride around Los Angeles.
