Willow Shields is ‘all for’ rumored ‘Hunger Games’ prequel

Jennifer Lawrence may be ready to shed her “Hunger Games” past, but her 15-year-old co-star, Willow Shields — who stars as Lawrence’s little sis, Primrose Everdeen, in the series — is game for the much rumored prequel.

“Oh gosh. I’m all for it,” Shields told The Post at Friday night’s Pamella Roland show. “It would probably mean Suzanne Collins having to write another book. If she does, I love that woman and I would do anything with her, so I’m on board if it happens.”

While Shields says she’s rooting for Lawrence to win an Oscar for her role in “Joy,” she admits it may not be a bull’s-eye for the beloved actress.

“She’s up against a lot of insanely talented people,” says Shields.

“Another one that I love is Brie Larson. I watched ‘Room’ and was just sobbing for hours. So I think the two of them are great contenders and I’m just rooting for both of them.”

On the upside, Lawrence’s role as the Miracle Mop inventor has inspired Shields during this extra-cold Fashion Week.

“I’d like to invent clothes that, despite the fact that they don’t cover your entire body, are still keeping you very warm…maybe even with a built-in heater between the layers. It would be pretty legit.”

May the odds be forever in your favor.
