Boozing real-estate broker accused of stealing cab rejects plea deal

A real-estate broker accused of drunkenly swiping a taxi when the cabby stopped at a Manhattan police station to report her for refusing to pay rejected a plea deal Wednesday in court.

Prosecutor Evan Glaberson offered to let Kinga Tabares, 27, plead guilty to felony driving while intoxicated in exchange for six months in jail and five years probation. But she declined the harsh deal.

“It’s unfortunate in a case where someone is accused of abusing alcohol that the District Attorney’s office is pushing for jail when we have a lot of different treatment options,” said her lawyer Lance Fletcher.

Tabares’ troubles began Nov. 13 when hack Ronald Desir, 50, picked her up at Washington and Little West 12th Street. “[She] was so drunk, she didn’t know where she was going,” the cabby told The Post.

Tabares who works for high-end real-estate company Douglas Elliman, then allegedly refused to pay, forcing Desir to stop at the 13th Precinct station house.

That’s when Tabares allegedly hopped into the driver’s seat and took off.

When cops caught up to her in Chelsea, she was vomiting out the driver’s side window, police said.

Tabares faces raps for grand larceny, DWI and operating a motor vehicle while impaired.

She’s due back in court April 11.
