WeWork co-founder buys enormous Westchester farm

Don’t expect communal office sharing on this 60-plus acre property!

Publishing exec Dick Snyder has just sold the Linden Farm estate in Westchester to WeWork co-founder Adam Neumann and his filmmaker wife Rebekah Paltrow Neumann (yes, she is Gwyneth’s cousin).

The final sale price was not available, but Linden Farm was last asking $22 million. WeWork, which has about 63 co-working spaces across the world, boats a $10 billion valuation.

Built in 1929, the Neumanns’ new spread, located at 34 Boutonville Road in Pound Ridge, comes with an ivy-covered fieldstone “manor house” that measures 13,746 square feet and has eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a library and a conservatory.

There’s also a stable, a riding ring, a pool, ponds, a waterfall, gardens and a tennis court. The estate is also adjacent to a 4,400-acre preserve with trails.

Dan Ginnel, of Ginnel Real Estate, declined to comment on this off-market deal.
