Police are seeking a man captured on surveillance video at a phone store in connection with three robberies within a three-block radius in the East Bronx. The robber first struck at about 2 p.m. on Jan. 24 at 1 Fashions Inc. at 1219 Castle Hill Ave., but he fled empty-handed after a struggle with a clerk, according to authorities. About two hours later, the thief entered the phone store at 2227 Westchester Ave., simulated a firearm in his pocket and demanded merchandise, officials added. A clerk complied and the crook fled with an iPhone, a Samsung phone and two Galaxy phones, according to authorities. The following day, at about 7 p.m., the thief again indicated he had a gun in his pocket while demanding money at a clothing store a couple blocks away at 2158 Westchester Ave., according to authorities. A clerk handed over cash.

Police are seeking a young man who was captured on video robbing a Woodlawn Heights bank. The man, who is estimated to be between 17 and 19 years old, entered the Country Bank at 4349 Katonah Ave. at about 3:30 p.m. on Jan. 15 and demanded money from a teller, authorities said. The thief, who stands between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-9, fled with cash, according to authorities. There were no reported injuries.

A 21-year-old man was stabbed in the chest during a fight in Allerton, according to police sources Sunday. Four men attacked the victim at about 9 p.m. Saturday outside 640 Adee Ave.. according to police. He was in stable but critical condition at Jacobi Hospital, law-enforcement sources said.

A 24-year-old man was shot in the leg in Mount Hope after a dispute with another man, police sources said Sunday. The skinny, backpack-carrying gunman wounded the victim at about 9 p.m. Saturday in front of 269 E. Burnside Ave., according to cops. The shooter was 5-foot-7, and wore a black jacket and black pants with white stripes. The victim was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital. Three shell casings were recovered from the scene.

Brooklyn

A man robbed an East New York drug store at knife-point, police sources said Sunday. The crook tried to leave the Duane Reade at 1 Remsen Ave. at 9:50 a.m. Saturday without purchasing several items, according to the sources.
When a clerk confronted him, the thief displayed a knife and took off. No injuries were reported.

A Greenpoint gym was burglarized by three men, according to police sources Sunday. The thieves entered the Brooklyn Athletic Gym at 8 Berry St. through a rear door at around 9:30 p.m. Friday and took cash and an Apple iPad.

Manhattan

A crook pushed a 70-year-old man to the ground at the Bowery Street subway station and stole his Reduced-Fare MetroCard for Senior Citizens and cash, authorities said Sunday. The victim was shoved from behind at about 3 p.m. Friday by a thug, who fled east on Bowery Street, authorities said. The victim was treated at an area hospital for sustained swelling and a cut to his forehead.

Cops are searching for two men captured on surveillance video removing cold and flu medicine from a Midtown CVS store and cutting a staffer who tried to stop them, authorities said. The men swept the items from the shelves into bookbags at 757 Third Ave. at about 7 p.m. on Jan. 19, according to police. When a 17-year-old female staffer confronted them, they cut her hand with a blade, police said. The victim refused medical attention.

A 50-year-old man was found dead with a wound to his neck in East Harlem on Sunday, police said. Pablo Rivera’s mother found him dead at 327 E. 112th St. at around 12:30 a.m., the sources said. He had a wound on the back of his neck and scratch marks on his face, neck and back.

Queens

Two masked crooks forced their way into a Bayside bar and stole $6,500, police sources said Sunday. The break-in happened at about 5 a.m. Saturday at the Bourbon Street Bar on Bell Boulevard, according to the sources.
The owner told cops two men pried open the basement door and forced open an office door before stealing the cash.
