Aaron Hernandez prison letter: death threats, Tom Brady love

Aaron Hernandez has nothing but love for former teammate Tom Brady, but the quarterback appears part of a short list of people Hernandez still admires.

The former Patriots tight end, who was convicted for the murder of Odin Lloyd last April, praised the quarterback in a letter sent from the Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center on Dec. 10. As Hernandez details in the note, he stills roots for New England — and Brady in particular.

“I have a TV in my cell! And yes I still root for my squad and still love all the ones I love,” Hernandez writes in the letter, obtained by TMZ.

“The closest I was with was probably Brady and whom I love to death and always will and only hope the best for them. But was cool with Julez [Julian Edelman], [Deion] Branch (I f—-d with and got mad love for) and ‘the best TE ever to walk on the football field’ Gronk!”

Though the former fourth-round draft pick fails to comment on his relationship with head coach Bill Belichick, Hernandez blasts team owner Robert Kraft by calling him “fake” and “non loyal,” but was even harsher of the letter’s recipient — a once frequent pen pal — who had criticized Hernandez in a previous correspondence.

Hernandez gave multiple tips on how the pen pal could end her own life.

“Tie a cinderblock to your ankles and jump in a deep body of water,” Hernandez said, according to the website.

Before Hernandez was sentenced to life in prison, Kraft made it clear that he felt “duped” by the standout tight end, who signed a $37.5 million contract extension in 2012. Hernandez was hauled away in handcuffs a year later.
