Meloni bought the family-friendly 60th-floor unit in 2006 for $5.45 million, and has spent the last four years trying to unload it. The apartment was last asking $8.95 million, significantly less than its 2012 asking price of $12 million.
The roomy 3,000-square-foot pad comes with four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen and stunning Central Park views.
Sean Combs is also trying to sell his unit in the building.
Combs’ apartment is 2,292-square-feet on the 66th floor. It’s now asking $6.99 million, down from its original 2012 asking price of $8.5 million. Combs was one of the building’s first buyers: He bought his unit for $3.82 million in 2005.
Meanwhile, Meloni was partying at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, on Thursday night at the SmileDance Dinner Honoring Operation Smile with Harry Hamlin.
A spy told Page Six, “A nearly unrecognizable goatee-sporting Meloni held court at a pool table.”
