The CW is betting you haven’t with its latest DC Comics adaptation, this one centered on Time Master Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill), who travels 150 years into the past to assemble an unlikely team of “Legends” to help him save the world from the villain Vandal Savage (Casper Crump) in the year 2166.
