Danny Amendola might want to think about a new address in the offseason.
The Patriots receiver reportedly has his neighborhood in a tizzy over of the carpools of women who have been cruising the historic College Hill streets of Providence, Rhode Island, looking to catch a glimpse of the 30-year-old star.
After complaining to the press about Amendola’s carport taking up space in his driveway, the neighbors’ plan apparently backfired as New England’s fan base put two and two together to pinpoint his actual address.
“I still need it, man,” Amendola said when asked this week about the carport.
It’s not clear whether Amendola has been home for these alleged drive-bys. The seven-year pro has greater things on his mind these days than appeasing his wealthy neighbors: The Patriots are set to face the Chiefs on Saturday for a berth in the AFC Championship game next week.
