Angie Vu, the buxom vinyl vixen who was arrested at JFK Airport for trying to fly to China with her daughter after losing a custody battle with her French father will likely testify at a hearing next month, her lawyer revealed Wednesday.
Vu, who has been featured in Playboy and played in nightclubs worldwide, claims that her ex duped a French court into giving him custody by cruelly branding her as an oversexed mom unfit to raise the child.
French authorities have submitted paperwork to Brooklyn federal prosecutors calling for her extradition to France to face charges there.
Vu’s attorney, Mia Eisner-Grynberg, said her client will likely testify at a future hearing in a bid to fend off the request.
Vu claims her former flame neglected their child for years before abruptly taking an interest in her and fighting for custody.
Richard Froger asserts that Vu, 32, failed to return the child to his care after he succeeded in wresting custody from her. She was arrested in November.
The child has since been returned to France with her father.
